Namun di sisi lain, proses produksinya\u2014terutama untuk pipa baja dan PVC\u2014menghasilkan emisi karbon yang signifikan akibat penggunaan energi tinggi dan bahan baku berbasis fosil.<\/p>\n<p>Sejalan dengan komitmen global terhadap pengendalian perubahan iklim melalui United Nations dan kesepakatan Paris Agreement, sektor manufaktur termasuk industri pipa dituntut untuk bertransformasi menuju proses yang lebih berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sumber Jejak Karbon dalam Produksi Pipa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jejak karbon industri pipa umumnya berasal dari beberapa tahapan utama:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ekstraksi dan pengolahan bahan baku seperti bijih besi atau resin plastik.<\/li>\n<li>Proses peleburan dan pencetakan, yang membutuhkan energi besar.<\/li>\n<li>Transportasi distribusi, terutama untuk proyek lintas wilayah.<\/li>\n<li>Pengelolaan limbah produksi yang belum optimal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tanpa efisiensi energi dan inovasi teknologi, emisi karbon dari sektor ini dapat terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan pembangunan infrastruktur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimalisasi Efisiensi Energi di Pabrik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Langkah pertama dalam mengurangi emisi adalah meningkatkan efisiensi energi.
